Erica McDiarmid is an Associate at DPRA in the Program Evaluation practice area. Erica has an Master of Public Health with a specialization in Health Promotion from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Sciences (Honours) in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. She also holds the Credentialed Evaluator designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society. Erica’s expertise is in the areas of health and social services, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, as well as capacity building.


Prior to joining the DPRA team, Erica was the Manager of Evaluation at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in the Education department. In this role, her portfolio covered education evaluations, evaluative research, strategic planning and monitoring, and capacity building. Erica has worked in the area of public health in Guyana, Ghana, and northern Canada with governments, non-profit organizations, health professionals, and directly with marginalized populations. Within various contexts, Erica has consulted with many key stakeholders including government officials, senior management, clinical and corporate staff, academics, patients, families and general public.
