Kayla Sills is a Research Analyst in the Policy Stream with DPRA Canada. She participates in a wide range of research projects to support the planning needs of  government agencies, Indigenous organizations, and private sector clients. Her specific areas of focus include Indigenous and public engagement, program review, strategic planning, policy analysis, and communication strategies.  She is skilled in areas of data analysis, research, writing and facilitation.


Prior to joining DPRA, Kayla gained experience in drafting and presenting on public policy recommendations at a public-sector labour union, where Kayla also coordinated external communications. Kayla provides data collection, statistical analysis and data extraction support at DPRA.


Kayla holds a Master of Public Policy in Administration and Law (MPPAL) from York University and a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Communication Studies from Laurentian University.
