DPRA is a dynamic employee-owned company looking for exceptional people to join our Whitehorse office. A Canadian firm with a focus on the North, DPRA provides specialized consulting services related to environmental planning and change management to clients in the private and public sectors.
A senior consultant is needed for a full-time opening in our Whitehorse office. We are seeking strategic thinkers who can thrive in a fast-paced, complex and changing environment.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or higher in a relevant field
- Relevant Northern experience
- Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead team efforts, work effectively within teams, and carry out individual projects with minimal supervision or guidance
- Demonstrated insight, initiative, and creativity in developing solutions for clients
Relevant Skills
- Environmental Planning expertise in areas such as: environmental assessment, public and Aboriginal consultation, socio-economic impact assessment, facilitation and workshop design. Experience in the mining, oil and gas, and energy sectors would be beneficial; and/or a combination of
- Management Consulting expertise in areas such as: change management, policy development and analysis, program evaluation, organizational design, training, facilitation and workshop design, Board and/or First Nations governance issues.
