APPROACH

DPRA has developed a practice across Canada focused on the development of a suite of sustainable community planning documents.  All of the processes have been different – some have been community-driven, some have been more corporately focused – however, DPRA’s commitment to a high level of service delivery is unwavering. Our processes have involved developing and executing internal and external communications and engagement strategies, preparing FCM applications, working with municipal departments, staff, councils and the community during visioning, action planning and implementation sessions (including performance metrics), and developing comprehensive plans to the satisfaction of our clients that outline a sustainable path forward for the municipality and the community.
