Representative Projects:

  • DPRA developed an easy to navigate, aesthetically pleasing website for the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) Community Sustainability Visioning Guidance document which affords each user the opportunity to access the level of guidance / information that they specifically require (no more and no less).  Through the website the user is provided with a range of options which allow them to “drill down” deeper and deeper into the process (should they choose) in order to access the level of detail that they specifically require.
  • DPRA recently created a web-based call tracking and reporting system for Ontario’s Renewable Energy Facilitation Office (REFO).  Two of the most helpful features of the website came in the form of: (a) its ability to produce real time reports (with supporting graphs and statistics) to aid the REFO (a public facing organization) with its reporting and accountability requirements, and (b) the fact that the website could be easily and seamlessly edited remotely to reflect evolving reporting requirements.
  • DPRA designs, develops and administers an ongoing customer service and satisfaction survey tracking program for Deeley Harley-Davidson Canada and its retail network.  In addition to the mail-back customer surveys, DPRA is also hosting a series of on-line customer satisfaction surveys, available in both English and French. The customer is asked a series of questions about his/her experience with the retailer.  DPRA also recently developed a website for its Retailer network to access information related the Customer Satisfaction Indexing (CSI) program. Retailers can access information such as key performance indicator scores calculated by selected reporting period or real-time and individual survey responses.
  • DPRA is currently working with the Office of the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth (Ontario) to design and develop their on-line Public Inquest database to provide easy access to the Inquest recommendations in a timely manner with the same look and feel as the rest of their website.
