Prioritizing Mental Health During a Global Pandemic

Prioritizing Mental Health During a Global Pandemic

As a population, we are living in a world that we have never experienced before, unable to access services and supports that were previously available. The global pandemic has changed many aspects of how we function independently and collectively and may be taking a toll on our mental wellbeing. There is much uncertainty about how long the current measures will be in place and what the future may hold. This can be anxiety-provoking. During these times, it is just as important to take care of our mental health as our physical health. In an effort to promote mental health during the global pandemic, DPRA has pulled together a list of some virtual mental health resources that may be helpful for those who need some extra support during this time and who are unable to access in-person supports due to physical distancing.
