Kim Cholette is a Principal at DPRA Canada. She has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cape Breton and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School (concentration in administrative & constitutional law). Kim is also a designated Credentialed Evaluator through the Canadian Evaluation Society, and is a Certified Workplace Investigator.
Kim is active with unique and extensive experience in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, as well as Policy/Legislative Development and Review service areas. She has been involved in projects focused on territorial legislation; policies and procedures; organizational review of public sector departments and agencies; and human resource supply needs. She has also led the development of regulatory and program evaluation frameworks, performance management systems as well as has experience working with Indigenous self-government.
Kim also has led Indigenous engagement and public consultation projects. She has over twenty years of public sector experience in British Columbia and Yukon, as well as senior leadership work for self-governing First Nations. She has managed annual budgets of $30 million and been responsible for the implementation of large-scale province- and territory-wide initiatives.
