Michelle Wong Ken is an Associate with DPRA Canada in the Socio-Economic Research and Assessment area. She holds a Masters in Resource and Environmental Management and is a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.

 

Michelle has over a decade of experience working in the environmental field, meeting client needs and developing successful applications for high impact projects. Michelle has played leadership roles on successful provincial environment assessments and permitting processes. She has also been involved in the preparation of environmental submissions for federal impact assessments. Part of Michelle’s environmental assessment work has included years of experience developing effective public and Indigenous consultation materials for consultation and engagement events. Before joining DPRA Michelle worked with AECOM for almost 10 years and previous to AECOM with FONTUR International. Michelle began her career in the public sector working for Environment Canada and the Toronto & Region Conservation Authority.
