Molly Contini is an Associate in the Organizational Effectiveness practice area. Molly is trained in both quantitative and qualitive methods of data analysis and has extensive experience developing data collection tools, conducting interviews, facilitating focus groups, and mobilizing knowledge. She is passionate about maximizing the effectiveness, capacity, and well-being of both employees and organizations and relishes opportunities to create evidence-informed, positive change.

Molly holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and is currently pursuing a Ph.D from the same program. She has also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Princeton University. Molly’s scholarly work focuses on determining individual differences that are predictive of positive career outcomes and how individuals assign blame at work.
